These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Grand Lake Foundation Repair Plus("Grand Lake Foundation Repair Plus," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, submitting a request, or using the website chat, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

When you provide contact information and ask us to contact you, you authorize us to respond by telephone, email, or one-to-one text regarding your inquiry, appointment, estimate, or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for assistance.

A website estimate request is not consent to unrelated recurring promotional text messages. If we offer a marketing text program, we will request separate consent where required. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our total liability for a claim arising solely from website use will not exceed $100.
